The patient presented with generalized tooth wear, which affected both the sensitivity and aesthetic appearance of their teeth, as they appeared fractured.
As the teeth had progressively worn down, they had also become crowded. Therefore, there was insufficient space to restore the worn areas without first correcting the dental position.
We conducted a study to evaluate the treatment options and agreed upon a conservative approach involving 10 months of clear aligner orthodontics and restorations of the worn areas.
Finally, laminates were applied to the upper teeth to achieve a more natural aesthetic, and old ceramic bridges on the posterior teeth were replaced.
