For this reason, today we would like to introduce two new additions who are already part of our team and who have arrived to help us continue offering you increasingly comprehensive, accessible, and personalized care.
Welcome to Dr. Meritxell Font
Dr. Meritxell Font joins us to reinforce the conservative dentistry area, a fundamental discipline for maintaining oral health and preserving teeth in the best possible condition.
A graduate in Dentistry from the University of Barcelona, Meritxell defines herself as a responsible, perfectionist, and sensitive person with a great desire to learn. She also stands out for her approachable and friendly nature, a way of being that fits perfectly with how we accompany each patient.
Outside the clinical environment, she is passionate about sports—having practiced figure skating for 19 years—nature, and traveling. A combination of perseverance, sensitivity, and energy that is already contributing greatly to the team.
Carme Almagro returns home
We also want to welcome back Carme Almagro, who begins this new stage with us as a clinical assistant after having spent five years away from Girona.
Carme has 20 years of experience in dentistry and a very comprehensive profile: she is a Dental Prosthesis Technician, a Senior Technician in Oral Hygiene, and has extensive experience as a dental clinical assistant. Furthermore, she is trained as a dental radiodiagnostic facility operator and has completed an Invisalign course for hygienists.
In this new stage, she will carry out her duties as a clinical assistant in various areas, such as conservative dentistry, prosthetics, and surgery, among others. Her experience, versatility, and warm manner make her a fundamental support for the team and our patients.
