There are different types of ceramic restorations capable of restoring the function and aesthetics of teeth.
Each has its own physical characteristics and, depending on the initial state of each tooth (or its absence), we select one or the other.
This case involves a combination of three ceramic restorations.
We selected a crown over the tooth for the right incisor, as it was severely deteriorated and required a structure to provide the necessary strength it lacked.
Next, for the left central incisor, the lateral incisors, and the right canine, we performed a restoration using ceramic veneers, which are more conservative than crowns while similarly restoring aesthetics and function.
Finally, we placed crowns over implants on the left canine and the first right premolar, after extracting the root remains and placing the implants.
Despite their differences, once placed in the mouth, they mimic natural teeth to create a harmonious smile.
